My Favorite Ribblr Crochet Makes for Fall 2023
I just love making inspiring crochet designs for the Fall and Ribblr has some of my absolute faves. With The Dream Crochet, I like to showcase a range of designs to inspire and delight, and lately I’ve been very happy with the clothes and accessories I’ve made. One of the fashion tenets I hold to is that accessories can really take an outfit to another level. Sometimes I’ll be wearing something nice, but it just isn’t making the impact that I want it to. Then when I add the right accessory, everything comes together in the right way. For the Lately, I’ve been styling myself with many of these items and it’s making Fall more fun!

It's hard not to pick favorites, but “The Dream Bow Crochet Bag” is truly at the top of my list. It's maximalist and makes a fashion statement you can't ignore. I like wearing it with an outfit that's more laid-back. I've been rocking a more minimalist style, but adding a piece that packs such a punch creates an interesting dynamic. I should make this bag in more colors so I have other options.
The Super Cozy Crochet Scarf
Fall and cozy yarn go hand-in-hand. “The Super Cozy Crochet Scarf” serves its purpose by keeping you warm, and it's a natural fit for Fall outfits. I like tying this scarf into a bow (if you couldn't tell, I love bows), for a more eye-catching aesthetic. I love adding a bit of whimsy to what I wear and this scarf makes it simple. What’s great is that this Ribblr crochet pattern is free!
The Granny Square Crochet Tie Scarf
A personal favorite to create was coming up for the design for, “The Granny Square Crochet Tie Scarf,” but it's become one of my very favorites. This is my first time making a tie and it seamlessly fits into my Fall outfits. I've been wearing collared shirts and when I want to jazz it up, it's the right accessory to do just that. In the future, I may experiment with some other styles of ties.
The Windows Cardigan
As I wrote in my Top 5 Fashion Trends for Fall 2023 blog entry, Fall doesn't always mean that temperatures are freezing, sometimes it's in between. The Windows Cardigan has long wide sleeves and it's cropped, which gives you some styling options based on the weather. If it's warm, pair this with a bandeau top, and if it's cold, do a maxi dress. The versatility of this cardigan is what I appreciate so much about this.
The Breezy Crochet Maxi Skirt
The Breezy Maxi Skirt is one of the most stylish pieces available. Maxi skirts are so nice for the Fall season, but the details really make this stand out. It's striped, has drawstrings, and the slit takes this design up a notch. I like wearing high boots with this, and the slit allows for the shoes to be featured.
