*May increase yardage for extra length/personal desired fit,
Yarn: Caron Simply Soft Yarn
US H/8 5.00 Crochet Hook
Yarn Needle
Scissors
Measuring Tape
Stitch Markers
Gauge:
11 HDC STS [Going Across] [width] X 9 HDC STS[Going Down] = 4 in.
Details:
Tie Waist Multi Way Top [Measure for personal desired fit]
FOR [SM/MD]=30 inches across [width]
Abbreviations:
CH [#] Turning Chain initiated
STS= Stitch [es]
SC= Single Crochet
DC= Double Crochet
HDC= Half Double Crochet
SL ST= Slip Stitch
RPT =Repeat from asterisk, follow method from this starting point
STARTING THE PATTERN
Note: Pattern is constructed in 1 Horizontal Section [For the Mid Section/ Waist]
Worked in multiples of 3
TCH does not counts as a single ST
May lengthen/increase the Rows, which will be coverage across for the waist
May also increase the Rows, which will be coverage across for the waist
[Worked in multiples of 3 + 2 single STS for the beginning of the row, and the end of the row.]
SM/MD: CH FOR 72 STS [30 inches across]
LG/XL: CH FOR 81 STS
2XL/3XL: CH FOR 96 STS
4XL/5XL: CH FOR 112 STS
R1-R8: CH2, 1HDC across into 72 [81, 96, 112] STS, turn work to continue. At final Row, fasten off to complete work for this section.
Note: May also add more Rows to the Waist for more personal desired coverage as well.
FOR MID SECTION / WAIST CONSTRUCTION
Marked with my Stitch Markers the Placements for the Bra Front Coverage. Skipping 17 STS for both LEFT AND RIGHT sides and Deducting 2 STS for the Middle of the Row. Leaving 18 STS for BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT [BRA FRONT COVERS]
CREATING THE 2 FRONT [BRA] COVERS
SKIPPED 17 STS FOR THE SM/MD. TO REJOIN MY HOOK FOR 18 STS
R1-R11: CH2, 1HDC across into 18 STS, turn work to continue. At the final Row, fasten off to complete work for this section.
Now for the Decrease. Skipped 1 ST from the beginning of the Row, and at the end of the Row. For 16 STS total.
R12-R21: CH3, 1DC across into 16 STS, turn work to continue. At the final Row, fasten off to complete work for this section.

Now for the Next Decrease. Skipped 1 ST from the beginning of the Row, and at the end of the Row. For 14 STS total.
R22-R40: CH3, 1DC, **Then CH1, Skip 1 ST and 1DC into next ST…[Repeat from * across the Row, for the 14 STS], turn work to continue. At the final Row, fasten off to complete work for this section.
Now Repeat Entire Method for the Other side for the FRONT BRA COVERAGE
Now working from the ends, [where the skipped 18 STS were omitted'] Working vertically to create the Back Tie Straps.
Now for the Next Decrease. Skipped 1 ST from the beginning of the Row, and at the end of the Row. For 8 STS total.
R1-R40: CH3, 1DC, **Then CH1, Skip 1 ST and 1DC into next ST…[*Repeat from * across the Row, for the 14 STS], turn work to continue. At the final Row, fasten off to complete work for this section.
FINISHING DETAILS
Once the entire piece is create. Rejoin hook to creating the Finishing Technique Working around, for 1 Round solely. 1HDC into all of the STS for the Finishing Look. Note: May also add more Rows to the Waist for more personal desired coverage as well.
