Top 5 Crochet Tops for Summer 2024

When it gets hot, I like to stay cool with crochet tops that are perfect for the Summer heat. I often start with a bottom [skirt or pants] and build my outfit around it, so in a sense it’s kind of the central piece. Lately, I’ve been experimenting with different sleeve lengths and sleeve styles for more diverse options and it’s benefitted me greatly. My style is constantly evolving and these tops best represent that.

These are the top 5 crochet tops for Summer 2024.

The Brame Crochet top is very quiet & understated, though it does hold personality. This crochet top is from the Oceanic Maze Collection and is a favorite this season (especially later in the evenings!) I love how the fringe is used subtly by the collar the slightly poofy sleeves make this light and oh-so comfortable. A minimalist feel, though with pairing it with something maximalist, truly creates a beautiful combination.

I've been into crochet wrap tops for and I'm definitely not questioning it all! It's comparable to sleeveless tops and vests, but the way it cuts across gives it its own dimension. And when you add granny squares to it, it's just unbeatable!

The wide-sleeved top is vintage and vivacious. Even though the sleeves are long, the open stitch makes this breathable and flowy in just the right way. This can also be worn as a wrap top to and to balance it out, I often wear something short on the bottom like a mini-skirt or jean shorts.

The crochet tank top looks straightforward at first glance, but the slits on the side make this fresh. It's another minimalist technique that takes a simple concept and adds another element, that takes it in a refreshing direction. It's all about how this garment is styled, that's what makes the difference.

I love clothes that have a naturalistic feel, and that’s what this one has. The Enelle Crochet Top is one of my favorites this Summer! It's a granny square design and the green, white, and yellow evokes the images of sunflowers. I love how it can be worn straight forward, or hanging off your shoulder for a more relaxed look. This was a dream to make.

These were my favorites, but let me know what yours are on my Instagram!
