Top 5 Crochet Accessories for Fall

One of my favorite things about the Fall season is being able to accessories. It opens up so many more opportunities to make your outfit stand out while also being useful. I started my crochet journey by crocheting accessories, hats and scarves before moving on to clothes. I enjoy all the different ways one can approach accessories to give an outfit something fresh and how the right one can actually be the most exciting part of the outfit. Never underestimate the power of a good accessory.

These are my top 5 accessories for the Fall season!

Hats & Beanies

I often wear hats and beanies during the Fall. They’re comfy and cozy and come in so many styles. I especially like it when the fits are more slouch because it just comes off as effortlessly cool. Some of my favorites include the standard beanie, the pom-pom beanie, and the bow beanie (the last one being my current favorite.) Over on my TikTok Shop, all three are available for purchase and they’re customizable!

Scarves

Scarves are a must-have for Fall/Winter and it would just be too hard to pick a favorite style. They can be slim, very wide, extremely long, infinity., cowls, and more. Each one will give your outfit a different vibe and it’s so much fun to play around with the combinations. Lately, dramatic scarves have been having a moment and I definitely approve of them. The more dramatic the better.

Fingerless gloves

Regular gloves are probably more practical, fingerless gloves are undeniably cool. What I love about them is that they can give any outfit a sort of edge. Even wearing this with a simple sweater and jeans will make it noticeably more stylish, and if it’s not too cold you won’t even notice that there’s less fabric.

Boot cuffs

Boot cuffs are one of my new favorite accessories for Fall. Boot season is one of the best times of the year, and adding boot cuffs will only highlight the boot even more while keeping your legs warm. I like to coordinate the color of the boos and boot cuffs and I’ll often crochet a tonal color. For example, if I’m wearing tan shoes I might wear chocolate brown boot cuffs with them. You can never have enough options.

Headbands

Okay, so headbands are also my new favorites too. Just because it’s Fall doesn’t mean that it instantly gets cold. It might not always make sense to wear a hat or a beanie, but a headband could be the better option. It uses less fabric and keeps you warm without being too warm. I simply adore the crochet bow headband and I’m looking forward to making them in more colors.
